Aubergine
The 1783 Dutch Colonial that houses Aubergine has a long history of culinary excellence and fine accomodations. Built by Parla Foster, a veteran of the Revolutionary War, the Inn was the scene of political dinners and dances, and for a time, the cellar served as quarters for prisoners being transported over the stage road.
